Basic AC EV Controller

The EV controller was specially designed for home chargers that don’t require a back-office connection.

All the necessary functionality for communication and safety is incorporated in this controller.

It can be set as a 2-Port plug & charge or activated via an input switch.

Smart Dual Outlet EV Controller

This multi-functional EV charging station controller has been specially designed for the European market. Using this controller, a complete charging station can be designed and built with two type 2, mode 3 outlets including servo lock and LED signaling.

The module can be managed by the Cloud back-office using OCPP 1.5./2.0 interfacing. Load management for smart grid applications is built into the software.

AC CloudSmart Controller G2V/V2G

The multifunctional EV AC charging station controller has been specially designed for the European market. Using this controller, a complete charging station supporting mode-3 / IEC 15118 charging G2V & V2G with two “type2” outlets with servo lock and LED signaling can be built.

The module can be managed by a Cloud back-office software using OCPP 1.5/1.6/2.0. Load management for smart grid applications is implemented in the embedded software. A Local Micro Smart Grid function can be set-up adding two extra kwh meters on the mod-bus.

The available power for charging will be calculated real-time on bases of public grid power and Solar/wind energy power.

This controller can be connected to other AC modules via the CAN bus (slave module) to extend the number of outlets up to 24.

DC CloudSmart Controller G2V/V2G

The multifunctional EV DC charging station controller has been specially designed for the European market. Using this controller, a complete charging station supporting CCS/Chademo/AC-Type 2 IEC-15118 can be built. A charging station up to 300KW can be built using the multi-power module CAN-bus.

The module can be managed by a Cloud back-office software using OCPP 1.5/1.6/2.0. Load management for smart grid applications is implemented in the embedded software. A Local Micro Smart Grid function can be set-up adding two extra KWH meters on the mod-bus.

IO Controller for the DC Cloud Smart Controller

The DIN-Rail DCC IO Module is required if a large DC Charger is being constructed.

The controller supports the following additional features:

  1. A Power Source to drive additional 12V fans
  2. Control of the DC Relays (these are switched depending on various error states and charging starts)
  3. Emergency Stop
  4. AC input contactors to switch the AC side on or off
